HARTWELL, OH (FOX19) - The Friends of the Public Library is hosting its annual Summer Warehouse Used Book Sale an they will pay special tribute to the 35th Presidents of the United States.
The sale will happen at their warehouse on Vine Street in Hartwell from August 15 - 18.
This year, to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, there will be a special selection of items by and about the 35th US President. Hundreds of books about the Presidential family, presidency, assassination, various theories, and reports are included, as well as vintage magazines (Time, Life and Look), as well as newspapers, clippings, scrapbooks, and other ephemera.
Other publications of interest include biographies of Jackie Onassis, children John and Caroline, and brothers Ted and Bobby. These items were collected over the past two years for the anniversary.
Most items will be priced from $1.00-$4.00. In addition to hardback and paperback books for all ages, there are also VHS movies, CDs, Books on CD, DVDs, and even some vinyl records priced at one dollar each.
