I?m back! And hopefully for good this time. I?ve been away for a few weeks because I needed a break. A break from life and more importantly becoming an adult. Who knew it is so damn hard to find a balance between the things that you need to do and the things that you want to do? And still find the energy to blog and meet with friends of course.
But today I realized that this is exactly what the happiness project is for.
Finding happiness in your life also means finding a way to live your life to the fullest in a way that is suitable for you.
I have to be honest though, I haven?t completed even one of the goals on my happiness list from January. But that?s ok, I?m going to start all over like it?s a Monday morning and a new diet is calling out my name.
The following rules will help me get trough this month with confidence and no feeling of guilt or shame:
- Be Kimberley
- Stand up for yourself
- Be honest
- Follow your intuition
- Don?t try to be perfect
My motto for February is to get ready. Get ready for a fantastic life in which I will fullfill my dreams and desires. But first there are things that I need to do, buy, sign up for, etc. And this is th? month to do it all.
Every month I will show you my to do list, this works better for me then a list of resolutions:
- Read 3 books for my Goodreads Reading Challenge
- Fill my Day Zero Project list with at least 25 goals and publish it in a post
- Cook a dinner from scratch, twice
- Book a city trip for une person, yes, I?m going on a vacation with me, myself and I
- Start a new project on this blog and find guest bloggers that are willing to participate
I am not going to give everything away that I want to do this February so make sure to check this blog every sunday for your weekly fix of inspiration.
