Video: Breaking down the highlights of the State of the Union



>> there is a lot going on today and here are things we thought you should know. nbc's kelly o'donnell reports during the most emotional part of the president's speech last night when he was talking about gun legislation, a woman took up the president's call for action and shouted out a name, possibly that of her family member a victim of gun violence . it's tough to hear, but listen closely as the applause dies down, someone faintly shouts after the president finished speaking.
